I don't know the laws so I am not going to touch on that one but what I can offer is some support and a hug

. I am so sorry that happened to you and nobody, I mean NOBODY has a right to treat someone that way. It doesn't matter who the people are and what they do for a living! I wish there was something more I could do, but I can't. You should dry your tears because crying usually only makes pain worse, and that pharmacist isn't worth one moment of pain! Find out what your antibiotic is going to cost if you don't already know, cut a check or have cash on hand and have someone else pick it up.
Once again, don't cry...take a deep breath or two and realise that he was probably having problems of his own and be thankful that you don't know what those are.
I wish I could do more...maybe just one more hug
