Staples was just an example, but I understand your point. If that person who ordered something from staples at the last minute when they were about to run out of that product, yes there would be concern, but in the OP world, things just dont suddenly pop up with an immediate need for an item because the same item is basically ordered over and over again and if they had a backup supply, they wouldnt need to worry
