My SO and my daughter know, as do some of my close friends who have been quite worried due to the three hospitalizations this past year. They figure it is only reasonable since I can't get ongoing medical care (disabled, with only Medicare) outside of hospital. They also don't think it's a bit reasonable for me to be passing out from pain! I tend to agree with them. In fact, I had to be rather forcefully pointed toward an OP by an online friend from Boston who said that he could no longer tolerate knowing how much pain I was enduring every day. He has since ordered from one of them, and I think a couple of other people who are more or less in my situation have done the same thing.
