Generally it does come from SWMG. When I didn't receive a tracking number I finally called (SWMG) late this afternoon. She tried to get on their online site and couldn't. She said they were having problems because they had switched ISP's and she called me back about an hour later and said she couldn't get through to TDI on the phone to see if my script went to TDI. I don't think it did because it doesn't show up on their site as filled or even processing but it has gone through SWMG.

Of course TDI's email doesn't work, it never has.
