Personally, I get 1 to 3 packages a week. Most are stuff for my computer. On ebay I do not usually look at where it is coming from if it lists the bid in $US and has a set shipping cost.
I saw my mailman today. When he gave me my mail, I told him I was disappointed because I was waiting for something for my computer. I actually am. Really. I have enough meds to last me for a while. I don't need too much more than what I get from my doctor, but there are things that I like to have on hand just in case.
