Ultram will not show up on a drug test. I know this first- hand. As for narcotics, only morphine and morphine- containing drugs are tested for. This would include codeine since your liver converts a percentage of it to morphine. Hydro, oxy, and dilaudid should be safe from detection also since they are made from thebane which is also extracted from opium, but is different than morphine.
