It would depend on what type of a job you are applying for. For example, I know a lot of truckers and they can not take certain meds even if revealed before the drug screen because of DOT regulations. If it is not that type of job maybe as long as you have a script from a local doctor and it is legal, you should say what you are taking before taking the whiz quiz in case it comes back positive. If not and you really want this job, you need to get your meds out of your system first. I say better safe than sorry.
