If the merchant sends the package stamped "No Driver Release", then the driver HAS to get a signature or it will not be left at the residence. The driver will leave a note for next delivery date and you must be at home or pick it up and sign for it at a UPS station. This has happened to me with large packages and other things I order that are not med related.
