I'm sure you already know this, but if you do decide to transfer your Rx, you can only transfer it 1 time if it's a controlled substance, so make sure that the pharmacy you're transferring it to can fill your Rx. I tried to transfer my script (this was months ago) after the OP I was using changed the way they did business and restructured (MSN). After finding out that MSN's pharmacy wouldn't honor the remaining refills and suggested I transfer, that's what I did (to Eckerd Online). When I transferred the script to Eckerd, they said they could not do a refill because of their policies regarding "doctor/patient" relationships, that they couldn't establish there was one. It would have been nice for them to tell me this BEFORE I transferred my script. I lost my remaining refills because of this.
