I had a pharmacist at Walmart tell me (he was a new one btw) when I went to get my meds. filled 5 days prior to the 30 day refill date that I could get in troulbe with the DEA for tying to fill early. 5 days early! I told him he needed to talk to his head pharmacist, because once you've gone through 75% of your meds. according to the Docs. intructions they have to fill and the insurance with cover. I wan't going to wait around, but I did receive a phone call from the pharmacy manager with an apology.
