If it's a prescription drug, I believe it is illegal to import, whatever the schedule (someone correct me if I'm wrong here).
Most credit cards have a 60-day window, I'd find out yours and wait until a week before expiration to file a comlaint, giving the IOP the benefit of the doubt for the moment.
This POST doesn't have anything to do with IOP but the refund- charge back rules. A while back I was in a pinch so I decided to try MEDS IN 24 HOURS; don't ask me why- I don't remember. Anyway the same day my usual ROP came through so I cancelled. It says you CAN cancel minus a 25.00 fee. THat was about 6 months ago. Well, after all that time of e-mails back & forth with them and many promises I sad, "F*** it!'. I called my bank to do a charge back & guess what? Its too late- 60 day rule! Imagine that...I was trying to do as much as I could so I wouldn't have to do a charge back and save the bank money and the bank is saying too bad? 60 days are up? Its BS. MEDS IN 24 HOURS SUCK BIG TIME AND THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS!
BOTTOM LINE- DON'T WAIT MORE THAN 60 DAYS- DON'T GIVE THE COMPANY THE BENEFIT!
