Hi dj,
I have and continue to... use my FSA to get reimbursed for both the consult and the medication. The only issues I've had were that a) they wanted to make sure that mine couldn't be reimbursed by insurance (because of the insurance company I use, they won't cover it) which was very quickly resolved and since then, I *used* to use an OCS that didn't send receipts other than via email which really wasn't sufficient. I had to jump through hoops to get them to reimburse it because of this reason- had they given me a receipt or an invoice, such as the OCS I use now, there would have been no questions asked and no hoops. They did reimburse it, even without the documentation they wanted- but told me that *next time* I needed to get the company to give me something more substantial- an invoice was the best route. Fortunately, I switched OCS's after that and again- since they provide me with a real paper receipt/invoice with my Rx, I have absolutely smooth transactions with this. One of the benefits of this particular OCS #wink
