Can anyone refer me to a physician in the Rockford, Illinois area? My current PCP is retiring soon, and is a bit far away now that I have moved recently.
My primary issues are:
- Degenerative Disk Disease
- Bulging disks (L4, L5, S1), not herniated yet
- Hiatal Hernia, Barrett's disease
- World Class stress, depression, anxiety
- Cluster/Migraine headaches
