I've never had to fly with meds that weren't in a prescription bottle before, but I do have an idea. With all the security at airports these days, it seems like a big risk to try and sneek something on a plane. So, why don't you FedEx it to yourself? I know that's a risk as well, but probably less so than airport security. Just ship it to the location your going.
Just an idea.
