In theory, the state agency granting the benefits is supposed to judge how much time na d effort your attorney put on the case.

I did all the work and made all the phone calls to the agnecy responsible for my decision. I figure that my attorny created a billing file and that was it. I even gave the attorny copies of some very hard to get records that took me months to collect.

Yet they got the full 25%.

This is a prediction but the Iraq war is being paid largely out of the social security fund (most didn't know that I bet).

So as the fund gets depleted, there will be less money for those that are already on it and even less for news claims. Before long, I think that you WILL have to be paralyized from the neck down to get social security.

Problems like mine, depression, stress, amd a bad back will mean nothing prety soon. Also, so many people are abusing their bodies with 'extreme sports' and job stress is at an all time hig that being stressed out your____ is just feeling normal according to social security. Back problem-take tylenol and think happy thoughts.

Get the benefits while there are still some to get.
