This question may have been answered but i am going to ask it again for my benefit...i am wondering if i would qualify for any sort of disability...i am a diabetic (insulin dependant) for 15 years i am 27 will be 28 tomorrow and just recently been diagnoised with fibro and i haave been treated for panic attacks since the age of 15 and just recently started taking meds for the panic attacks again so my question is do you guys think i would qualify for disablity or would it be a waste of time for myself and my doctor to fill out the paper work? i went to my pain clinic today and asked about it and they advised me that my PCP would need to do all the paper work...please advise i have a appointment with my PCP in a week and want to be prepared for this and also what questions do i need to ask my PCP and would i need to print the form and take to him? Also i have heard since i am a single mother of 2 that i would be able to get a check for my 2 children if i get disability...is that correct?
