I check in here every day and usually add a post or two when I visit. That doesn't mean I don't have a life. And some of the most valued members here are the ones that post most frequently. In real life, there are shy people and socially gregarious people, and the same goes for the boards. . . it doesn't mean that the boards are their entire life. And even if it was, I don't see a problem with that.

Lumberspasm and Tempis are two of the best posters on the board. They should stay. And it pisses me off to no end that people come on here and flame them so that they feel it's necessary to leave.

What I have to say to Tempis and Lumber is this: I have been flamed and insulted since I arrived here. I just let it roll of my back. You should do the same. You are liked here, just as you would be liked in a group of friends. I don't think you're trying to get attention, and if you stay, you can bet that at least I will appreciate your presence.

Oh hell, I just wanted to whine for one second about this: my star level has gone down again. Somebody has it out for me. That insults me, but oh well. Whoever hates me, please stop voting low stars for me. The newbies will think I'm a jerk.
