I'd have to go see my local doc monthly instead of 3 times a year. He's not on my new insurance (a lousy expensive HMO)which is why I started OP's but he will rx for anything I want.

My biggest problem will be what to do when he retires.

This happened once before, so I guess having my records (meds I was already taking) might have made it simpler.

Next time I see him I'll try and remember to ask what his future plans are.
