I worked in the Healthcare Insurance Industry for a number of years. It is a beast. Talk about power and politics. It's sad. It's sad that this country is in this type of situation. There truly needs to be some type of accountability for the private insurance sector. Because there is none. The only type of insurance that is watched is HMO's. And we all know how bad they are. At least they are accountable on some things. Clinton's administration tried and Kennedy/Cassumbaum's bill (HIPPA) is now law. America needs help with the healthcare system.
