Just so you know you have a legal right to your medical records, you can be charged a fee for coping but you can not be charged for an office visit. I would suggest you go down there, sign the hippa release, and demand a copy of your records (it is your legal right and you do not have to explain why, if you feel the need to just say you would like a copy for your home records). They may delay you for a couple weeks but you WILL get them!
And in response to Imsuscot1 everyone who depends on OPs for their narcotic medications should be proactive and have a back up plan, trust me you will not wake up and just deal with it if you have built a tolerance and never mind the very reason you take them in the first place.......that pain will be back to haunt you like a viper.......Heed her words, figure out what you would do now not when it happens!
