I hate UPS too, but where I work they use UPS. I told the guy once that I had a package that would be there Saturday when it was closed. He told me to simply go to the back of the building where the big garage door is open to let the UPS trucks in (they deliver on Saturday, but the office is closed). He told me just to walk into there and choose any office that has someone in it and ask for my package. I did this and the guy was very nice and got it for me- No problem. So in that instance, they got a gold star. But, they have gotten many
