I also have my Fedex packages held at the hub. (The hub is right around the corner from my work) I just put their address as the shipping address and add the comments- Hold at the hub for customer pickup. They know me there now, when I walk in they go get my package without even asking my name. Once on a Saturday, I had the package addressed to come to my house, and they held it anyway. When I went to get it, they said- oh, the driver thought it was a mistake, because you always have your packages held at the hub. I said I didn't this time because it was Saturday. She said Okay I'll make sure not to hold it on a Saturday for you.
They are all very nice. UPS is a different story.. I don't like them very much.
