While I do think some of us worry needlessly, I just had to throw in my experience last month also. I was expecting a delivery from UPS (a refill from my OP) sitting out on my balcony waiting and up pulls UPS. While I can see down really well, it's difficult for anyone below to see up through the screen. As he got out with the package in hand, I actually saw him shake the package up and down! I thought about this for quite awhile after he left and decided that I really should have said something to him about it, but cowardly me didn't want to peese him off, so needless to say, I kept quiet. I'm just wondering if any of you would have said something? I mean, it 'could' have been something that shouldn't have been shaken for all he knew.
