Thanks for the info peeps. Nope I'm ordering something completely different. I originally ordered a benzo but I'm still going through some physical pain because of my miscarriage and my doc said to ride it out and try some deep breathing excercises. It doesn't work so I'm buying some relief from the pain an analgesic.
