"Head shops" sell many different hiding safes which look like other objects. Man there were a lot of great ideas in this thread.

If I were in your shoes, I'd get the kid alone, tell him I knew what he did, and that if he ever thought of it again I'd press charges and never let him back in my house again. I can see where you're coming from, but that's still my feeling.
