Do you know if a company uses a billing service to bill through, will the billing company not be happy with that business with a dispute? I wonder because I've seen an OP say that if you dispute they will not do business with you again, so I figure perhaps they don't want their billing service messed with. Which, in that case they should return your money to avoid that. Really, if an OP kept your money and didn't send merchandise you'd want to continue to do business with them?? I think not!

I access my credit card on line and did the dispute via that avenue. The CC company did send emails in regard to the dispute AND postal letters to me as well. I ordered, was charged for merchandise and shipping and via internet contacts was told "too bad" and never sent the merchandise. So I disputed that I never received, copied receipt, contact emails, etc. and sent to CC company. If you order something and you don't get it and the company cannot show they sent it, you get it credited back.
