RxOrderSys went out of business right after charging my credit card, I disputed (it was really easy - right over the net, not having to send anything through the mail. If you have a credit card account on your PC, you can do this with some CC companies) and they immediately resolved this issue and credited my account after finding the website no longer existed, nor did the phone number.
I would definitely do this knowing that you were charged and you were not going to get your meds.
