I have to agree with Hoop and DAdrian. I think, by law, the pharmacy MUST have a persons signature for any prescription that is picked up. Check with the pharmacy as they should have a record as to who picked up that particular prescription. It's a simple solution, I think, to your heart-felt problem. If YOU signed for it, however, I think you may have a problem. Let's hope not
