YESSSSS!!!!!! You are so right, SASSY! WE are not doing anything wrong to try to get out of pain. Have you ever seen one of our beloved pets, when in unbearable pain, they change positions, hide, snap at people they love, do anything they can to circumvent the pain. That does not include letting others steal from us; even vultures wait until one stops flailing.
