The thing is, not only are pharmacies not above screwing up, they're not above EMPLOYING DRUG ADDICTS WHO STEAL PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!! I found it INCREDIBLE that, when I had Kaiser, and picked up my Adderall prescription (two-month supply) it only had about 20 pills in the bottle!!! They said the pharm tech "screwed up the count", but this stuff is so controlled, how else would the pharm tech get his hands on some, than to short a customer????? If this pharmacy doesn't level with you I think you should report them/call the police.
