Totally agree with Yawkaw as I have been there. Don't let him tell you he is so sorry and it will never happen again, because it will, only worse. Don't let him push you and say it will never happen again, because it will, only this time a bone may be broken. Don't let him tell you he's in pain and needs more meds, because there will never be enough meds for him the way I read it. Don't let him cry to you and say he's sorry, because it will happen again, and again and again. Don't let him tell you that he loves you because this is NOT love. Leave him now. Before you don't have that choice.
I'm sorry if this comes across as mean and spiteful. In no way is it meant to be. I'm so sorry you are going through this, but don't allow yourself to go through it for one more minute because it won't stop. Trust me on that one. Take care of yourself first, foremost and always. It took me 2 broken ribs, numerous black eyes, and a broken arm before I left. I think had it gone on any longer, he would have eventually killed me.
