I don't know that if I'm getting the story right or not but first of all let me tell I so very sorry for you. You need to pack you things and leave and never turn back. What I'm not understanding is that are you saying that you got arrest and he did not? Cotybear I don't care how lonely you are or how much you love the man, take my advise and leave!!!!! It will not get better only WORST!!!!!

Could you please clarify everything for me about being arrested. There should be anti-family voilence laws where ever you live. The Police does not have a option under this law if they see either one of you with injuries the one with out goes to jail. The state is the one who files the charges not you.
