I have severe muscle spasms and I understand so well what stress does to muscles. Also, I get headaches due to having a neck injury (radiculopathy was included with that for free!) I never had them often until the injury, and after I had a 4 month headache! Hard to believe, but I am being totally honest. I know it had something to do with not being able to do things regularly like I had in the past. I am finally on a medication that will dull the headaches enough to be able to function.
I too, wish for a day when pain does not rule my life!

And, it is wonderful to have people who understand and care!!!
