Well the problem here is that THEY are the ones who covered the original label that said the COD price. They tried to deliver it a day early (fri.) and when we werent home they redilivered it the next buisness day (Mon.)with a new label stuck over the old one covering the COD $. They had the whole weekend to figure out the $.
