My oldest son and several of his best buddies work for UPS as loaders. I assure you, they take great pride in accomplishing their work efficiently and honestly. You will find rotten people here and there in every area of life; however, realize that there are standards set and management to oversee what goes on. They are monitored, but more importantly, find themselves full of pride for a job well done. They don't need to be forced to do a good job. Again, there are exceptions to every rule, but I want people to understand it isn't common practice for these places or their employees to be dishonest. You can bet your bottom dollar that those stealing from Fedex or UPS, if that is the case and it has been reported, will be brought to justice.
