I agree. Someone I know works at a sorting facility 3rd shift and he tells me that they steal anything they want from packages. He also told me that when they have a bulk of products (especially if they are large and heavy) the guys will purposely break items to send them back as to not have to sort and deliver them. I'm sure this is not the norm, but it is still disturbing.
