After FedEx screwed up the other day with my NWW package, I now have the direct line to the manager at my local hub. I begged him for it and finally, after he made me 'promise' not to give it to anyone, he gave it to me. But this was after my priority package didn't get delivered until the next day because their 'truck broke down'. Guess he felt guilty since he was the one driving the disabled truck the day before!
