Ugh! I'm so sorry to hear that, firefairy...it must be incredibly frustrating. I'm fortunate to have a great (& hot, but aren't they all?) FedEx guy with whom I exchanged cell #s some time ago. If I'm not home because I'm not expecting a package that requires a signature or he'll be earlier or later than usual, I always get a call. I've also had med refills shipped COD a few times due to the OP's temporary billing-but-not-sending problems and had FedEx show up with a vastly different $ figure (higher & lower) than was on my email receipt. Now whenever I receive something COD the FedEx guy calls me at the beginning of his run, tells me the amount he needs to collect thats marked on the waybill, and approximately what time he'll arrive. This allows me to run to the P.O. & re-do the MO if necessary...he also "bends" some rules for me. When I read all the FedEx horror stories I wish I could let you borrow my FedEx guy...as long as I get him back! ![]() Please keep us updated on your situation firefairy.
