FWIW, I don't think the "1-in-5" realistically translates into an even distribution of the entire population so it's not exactly precise to say that 1 in 5 politicians have done it, 1 in 5 doctors, 1 in 5 McDonalds workers, grandparents, mormons, amish etc. More than likely certain groups, for whatever reason, tend to use/abuse certain substances than others. For instance, in some Christian groups consuming any alcohol is a major no-no almost regardless of the situation, while for others it's part of the sacrament & also an acceptable part of life if not taken to extremes. Or Islam, where for the most part alcohol is very much against the 'rules'. Sorry if it sounds like nit-picking, I just couldn't help but point that out. As to whether or not the Feds have an agenda, I think that answer is absolutely obvious. Of course they have an agenda, that's their job.

I hope this doesn't come across as rude, sometimes simple chit-chat on the net can come across as far more intense than was intended..
