I thinks it's great that you were able to get him to admit that he took your meds. I have known people like him before. I doubt that he will pay you back. Even if he gave you a few bucks, what good would that do when it is soooo hard to get hydro? They just have excuses for everything they do (or don't do). Being in LE, he doesn't want a paper trail for opiates. Wonder how he passes his random drug sceens....
