I spent $500 for the night guard and I do wear it but this flare up is a bad one and it's due to stress from my ongoing migraine saga that I have been dealing with.
Now this, I've been on the couch this afternoon with a headache from this. I was able to order some generic ultram for delivery tomorrow but this TMJ pain & the headache is really bad because of the stress of this happening.
We will talk when I am feeling better about the TMJ.
