You can send a Moneygram by taking cash to a location, usually a check-cashing store or supermarket. You cannot send a moneygram using a credit card.

Check out the site www.moneygram.com to see if you can track wether the money has been picked up. I think all you can do at the web site is find locations, I couldn't see anything about tracking the funds. I also didn't see a phone number anywhere, except individual locations.

Maybe the individual agents can track wether the funds have been picked up? Sorry I know this isn't much help!
