I'm beginning to think that for the forseeable future the physical examination between doctor and patient just is not going to go away as the basis for a sound doctor patient relationship. Do the physical exam and it's home free for at least 90 days, maybe up wards 180 days. So then, how to make this meeting more functional,economical, prodcutive seems one direction to move in. Ideas appreciated.
