What a drag, Maremac. I'm no expert (but I play one on TV), but I think there is a time limit on reporting billing problems with your CC company. Did you already call the bank to report the problem? Tell them you never got what you paid for and you want your money back. That's how it's supposed to work, anyway.

My problems were with 1medsource and Nationalpharmacygroup, both on the DB Blacklist now (I think). Evidently when they did not (or could not) contest my dispute of the charges the issuing bank just gave me a credit. That was an MBNA mastercard, by the way.
