Re: Is there really concern SIGNING for a package?

I notice that some around here do worry about it But there is not really a reason to. Basically, by signing the package, its the equivalent of being videotaped breaking a law. There's no argument anymore about who received the package or ya-da-ya. So IF it ever does come to a court case, and it involved a package that you signed, then there is NO WAY IN HELL you're getting off. If, however, the package wasn't signed, and maybe just placed in your mailbox, you could claim all kinds of stuff. Hell, you could say your neighbor stole your Best if kept off the board package for all they know. So that's why. Only worry about signing if you think you're going to be charged with something anyway. But remember--- investigations can take years. Something you signed for four years ago could come back to haunt you. However, personally, I sign a million packages. My signature is so unintelligible, it doesn't seem to matter anyway.
