This kinda worries me. I have had a couple packages (containing Ultram) coming from Thailand (and obviously so) they got here fine, pretty pain free (pun intended) but I did have to sign for them.

Is there really a reason to worry about signing for a package? (came USPS) Forgive my lack of knowledge but I just never thought about that.
