The post above is a total mystery to me. Mexico has always had very srong legislation regarding controlled substances. However their form of enforcement has frequently been more flexible than the US - a much more realstic approach than the fabricated US soluton, which couldn't possibly work. Sooner or later, US will understand that no amount of pay-off's and military aid will solve the problem. But, Mexico must be patient -- US Admin has made similar mistakes in the middle east, where contraband is nuclear weapons and suicide bombers, not heroin and cocaine.
