i hate to say it but I just don't use IOP's anymore. I have records and have gone with OP's instead. My nosy mailman in the small town where I live OPENS my pkgs. All I get now is school books for my wife, tapes and CD's that my friends send. But he still openes them. I know it is him because I confronted him and he was very defensive and rude, and a bit nervous. I didn't accuse him, even told him that it probably was opened before he got it, but he was still rude.
