She had refered me to the small print on the back of the USPS form for a PO box. That info really only tells you another form to refer to, which right now I cannot remember the form number, something like h4019(something). She did happen to have a complete copy of that form on hand, and proceeded to read it to me. It was very "legal" in its language, but among other things the form did refer to importation laws. The form also had language in it about US agencys being able to "review" my application, and something about being able to "investigate" any unlawful use of a PO box.

You will have to pardon my memory on this, I was like a dear in someones headlights when she was reading this to me. Ive just moved, but Im going to try and locate the reference # that she was refering to.
