the sleep number bed by select comfort helped my sleeping soo much. it let get more sleep then i thought possible.

as far as anti depressants imop it should be used in conjuction with adiquate pain relief. it may raise your pain threshold but it wont make it go away (kinda defets the purpuse if you are still in alot of pain)
